Notice of Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Scarborough Theatre Guild Inc. (the Guild) to be held on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at 7:30 p.m at the Guild’s rehearsal unit at 2105 Midland Avenue, Unit 16, Scarborough Ontario.
This meeting will include a review of the past 2024-2025 season, including the financial statements, and a discussion of operating plans for future seasons. The election of a new Board of Directors will also take place.
Light refreshments will be served beginning at 6:30 p.m.
Particular notice is given of the presentation of a new By-law document, approved by the Board of Directors, which will require approval by the membership to take effect immediately after the adjournment of the AGM.
To introduce the proposed By-law to the membership, two Town Halls are scheduled via Zoom. At these Town Halls the proposed By-law will be presented along with a summary of notable changes from the current By-law. Please see the Town Hall notice for the Zoom registration link and other information. This notice was also sent as an attachment to the e-mail you received.
