In Person
The Theatre Scarborough box office is located in the south lobby of the Scarborough Village Recreation Centre at 3600 Kingston Road.
Agents are available at the theatre only on performance days. When at a performance, patrons can purchase tickets to future shows.
On performance days Box Office hours are 6:30-9:00pm for evening performances and 12:30-3:00pm for matinees.
Accessible seating for patrons in wheelchairs is available but there are a limited number of spaces for each performance. This seating and companion seating must be reserved by calling the box office at 416-267-9292.

Telephone and online orders are by Visa or Mastercard only. In person orders may also be made with cash. Interac is not available at the box office.
Senior pricing begins at 60 years of age.
Child pricing is for 12 years of age and under. (SMT only)
Group rates are available for groups of 10 or more.
All seating in the Scarborough Village Theatre is reserved.
Doors to the theatre typically open one half hour prior to performance.
Subscribers can exchange tickets for another performance of the same show at least 48 hours before the performance, subject to availability, without charge.
There are no refunds at any time.
The temperature in our theatre can vary. For your comfort, we recommend dressing in layers to manage these variations. We apologize for any inconvenience. The temperature control is under the purview of the facility's management and not under Theatre Scarborough's direct control.
Babes in Arms
Babes in arms are not permitted in the theatre at any time.
Children at Performances
We welcome children at our performances but please note they must be accompanied by an adult, have their own ticket, and for the enjoyment of other patrons and safety of patrons and performers must remain in their seat and be quiet for the entire performance. Please note that minimum age recommendations are available for each production.
Service Animals
Service animals are welcome in our venue. Service animals should have either a visible indicator, or an identification card or letter from a healthcare practitioner confirming that the customer requires the animal for reasons relating to a disability. Please advise the Box Office when ordering your ticket to ensure suitable seating is reserved.
Scent Free Environment
The Scarborough Village Recreation Centre and Theatre are scent-free environments. We are committed to ensuring the enjoyment of all patrons. In consideration of those in the audience who may have allergies and chemical sensitivities we ask that you refrain from wearing cologne, perfume or other scented products. Those not complying to this policy may be asked to change seats at the discretion of the FOH Manager.
Late Seating
It is the responsibility of the ticket-holder to check their ticket for the correct performance, day of the week and curtain time.
All performances begin promptly as scheduled, and there are no refunds for latecomers.
Latecomers and any persons leaving the auditorium may only be admitted at a suitable break in the performance and if there is an easily accessible seat available.
For certain events, it may not be possible to seat latecomers until the intermission. If the production has no intermission, latecomers may not be admitted at all.
Masks
Masks are no longer required at the Scarborough Village Theatre but we are a mask friendly environment.
Performance Rights
Occasionally performance rights for a show are withdrawn by the license-holders after we have announced our seasons. Our member groups reserve the right to change their programmes without further notice.
Refunds
There are no refunds at any time.

Please note: Our theatre is a thrust stage with audience on 3 sides of the stage area.
When selecting your seats please make sure that you are selecting seats together in the same row, starting with the same letter. (i.e. L-A1 and L-A2 are beside each other, L-A1 and L-B1 are not)
Gift certificates may be purchased in any denomination and redeemed for any purchases from the Theatre Scarborough box office.
