As an SMT member, you're invited to join us for an exciting evening as we celebrate another incredible season of theatre, reflect on our successes and challenges, and look ahead to the future of Scarborough Music Theatre.

This year's AGM is particularly important as we begin work on a new strategic plan that will help shape SMT's future for years to come. Together, we'll explore new opportunities, ambitious goals, and exciting initiatives designed to make SMT even stronger, more vibrant, and more sustainable as we build toward our next 65 years of bringing musical theatre to our community.

The AGM is also a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with friends, meet fellow members, hear about the accomplishments of the past season, and get a sneak peek at what's coming next.

Everyone is welcome to attend, but only current SMT members may vote at the AGM.

Not a member yet? Memberships for the 2025/2026 season can be purchased through the Theatre Scarborough website or by contacting our Membership Secretary, Jan Harvey, at membership@smt-theatre.com.

Everyone who attends the AGM will be entered into a draw to win a complimentary SMT membership for the 2026/2027 season.

Whether you're a performer, volunteer, theatre lover, arts advocate, business professional, community builder, or simply someone who cares deeply about SMT, your skills, experience, and perspective can help make a real difference.

We are always looking for enthusiastic members who are eager to contribute fresh ideas, tackle meaningful projects, and help ensure SMT continues to thrive for generations to come.

All current SMT members are eligible to stand for election and vote.
